Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule from your dashboard up to 4 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Sign in with the email you booked with. If you gave only a phone number, call us on +91 9971886999. After that window, or if you miss the appointment, a fee you have already paid may not be refundable. What if the advocate declines or does not reply?
Your time is only a request until Anil accepts it, and we hold it for you for 48 hours. If they decline, the time is released and your request shows as declined on your dashboard. We do not send an automatic message when a request is declined, so if you have not heard within 48 hours, treat it as not confirmed and pick another time or contact another advocate. You pay nothing before a request is accepted, so there is nothing to refund.
What should I keep ready?
A short summary of your matter, the key dates, the names of the other people or organisations involved, and any papers you have, such as a notice, agreement, FIR, court order or case number. A photo ID can help if the advocate needs to verify who you are. Anil may ask for more once they accept your request.
