WhatsApp chats raise suspicion, not proof of murder, SC holds

A bench of Justices Manoj Misra and Vijay Bishnoi acquitted Kusumlal Sao, setting aside his conviction under Sections 302 and 201 of the IPC in the 2019 death of Saurabh Panda (Deccan Herald).
