In its special Sunday hearing, the Supreme Court directed authorities to take down the notice board in and around the Supreme Court premises announcing the imposition of Section 163 BNSS, so that citizens and lawyers have no apprehension about access to justice, including ingress and egress to courts. The bench of Justices Joymalya Bagchi and V Mohana also ordered compliance affidavits on the metro closures to be filed by October 13, when the contempt and habeas corpus matters come up again.
