Rahul Gandhi and other Opposition leaders have asked the Supreme Court to force open the Election Commission's internal files on the special intensive revision, seeking the agendas, minutes, notings and objections recorded by Election Commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi.
