Delhi HC: lifting whole news clips isn't fair dealing

Justice Purushaindra Kumar Kaurav granted ANI summary judgment against RSY News, finding that ten of its twelve uploads lifted ANI's videos in their entirety or virtually so, the news agency's logos still on the microphones.
